How To Install Windows 11 on your Computer Correctly

For installing Windows 11, your computer must be eligible for carrying it out. Through the PC Health Check app, you can check the eligibility of your PC for Windows 11.

Sign Up For Windows Insider Program;-

Those who are already with Windows Insider Program would get the Windows 11 update in the settings menu.

But if you are not, let’s first sign up for the program.

First Step;- Turn On Optional Diagnostic Data

The first and foremost step would be turning on the optional diagnostic data as it would collect feedback from your usage to the new OS.

1. Go to “Settings” on Windows 10.
2. Move to “Privacy Menu”.
3. Enable “Optional Diagnostic Data” Which would be under the Diagnostics & Feedback menu.

Second Step;- Sign-Up For Windows Insider Program

1. Go to “Settings”.
2. Move to “Update & Security”.
3. Choose “Windows Insider Program”.
4. Press on “Get Started”.
5. Select “Link an account” and select your “Microsoft Account” from the list.
6. Press Continue, and Windows would let you pick your Insider settings.
7. Select “Dev Channel” and click the Confirm button at the bottom.
8. After agreeing to the terms and conditions and restart your Windows computer.
9. All sorted out to start with Windows 11.

1. Visit the website of the Windows Insider Program.
2. On the home page, click on Register.
3. Sign in to Microsoft Account same as Windows 10 PC.
4. Agree to the terms and conditions.
5. You have successfully signed in to the Windows Insider Program for windows 11 updates.

3rd Step;- Install Windows 11 Insider Preview

Now it is time to download Windows 11 build.

1. Go to the “Settings App”.
2. Click Update and Security Menu.
3. Select “Windows Update”.
4. Click on “Check” for updates.
5. Windows 11 update would appear.
6. Download it.
